Contrast, shadows, textures and reflections are my tools when capturing the essence of an interior story. Great spatial lighting helps to emphasize a space and create atmosphere while natural light can create a polished and more commercial look. A straightforward and simple composition usually works best. In a series of photos, different angles and focal lengths create flow and interest. Interior details are placed in favor of the camera frame, taking advantage of their ability to form harmonic compositions and lead the eye into the image.
