CULTURE — An internal magazine
I managed the production of Veidekke magazine during two years, distributed to 4500 employees. An internal magazine is a powerful tool for a company’s management to affect attitudes, motivate employees and explain and motivate goals and strategies. It’s a surface that allows you to explain problems and show action, follow up on projects and build the internal tone of voice.
